Developed for high density splitting applications the Opticreach PLC (Planer Lightwave Circuit) Splitter is an ideal product for tomorrows FTTX/FTTH/FTTP PON networks, effectively distributing optical signals to multiple premises. A key feature of the PLC is Miniature size and high reliability over a wide operating wavelength and channel to channel uniformity.

The Modules utilize premium optical waveguide chips that feature both silica waveguides and silica optical fibre arrays, ensuring that both are precisely aligned within a very compact package complying with Telcordia GR-1209 and GR-1221.

All PLC splitters feature low Insertion Loss, low Polarization Dependent Loss and very good port uniformity . The Splitter modules are available with 1xN up to 64 and 2xN up to 32.
