The Cleancore connector cleaner is developed to be a rugged handheld tool for cleaning fibre optic connector endfaces. Cleancore cleaners give users the ability to quickly clean endfaces without the need to use solvents. Each Cleancore comes equipped with a removable cartridge that will support 400 Cleaning cycles, making the cleancore an inexpensive option for field and laboratory applications. The superfine cross weave fabric in the Cleancore cassettes that permit the dry cleaning function effetcively remove connetcor contaminents rather than simply moving them. To clean an endface a connector os simply wiped along the length of the exposed fabric.
